2022 Car Show Raffle Rules & Conditions

Promoter: Eliminators Car Club, Logan, Queensland, Australia

Permit: No permit required as tickets are limited to less than $50,000 and only available to Queensland residents.

Raffle starts 01 August 2022.

Raffle closes 12pm, 18th of September 2022 and winners will be drawn at 1pm at the Car Show at the Beenleigh Showgrounds, on the same day, prior to the Show's closing at 2pm.

Results will be published on the website https://eliminatorscarclub.com.au on the Monday after the draw. 

All winners will notified by telephone and email by the Club's Show Committee members and winners will need to collect their prizes from the Club premises in Logan within 14 days or forfeit their prize(s).

Entrants must be Queensland residents and if successful in the draw, receive any prize in Australia from the Club premises in Logan.

A maximum value of all tickets sold will be less than $50,000.

Ticket prices: Tickets are sold in single tickets and discounted bundles.

People we contact or web users may purchase single or bundled entries and purchase on more than one occasion and may be offered bonus or incentive entries or participation in bonus draws.

This raffle and any related promotion ensures Eliminators Car Club receives 100% of all donations.

Raffle management, telemarketing, prizes, advertising, fulfilment, merchant fees, additional authorised approved vendors and other administration costs are all done and paid for by Eliminators Car Club.

Net proceeds are applied to the Club's costs in managing future events and promoting the Club and its activities in Queensland.

Unclaimed Prizes

Subject to Queensland State regulations, unclaimed prizes will be retained for at least 95 days and redrawn, while the winner is notified or located. 

If a prize winner cannot be located, a new prize winner will be drawn from the same pool of supporters 95 days after the show at the clubhouse and given 7 days in which to be found or respond, after which that process will be repeated.
